Belding and Mull Visible Powder Measure. IMO it is hands-down the best for throwing stick powder for rifle loads, but a tad slow. I have four of them.
Also have two Lyman 45s with aftermarket replacement micrometer guts, and an RCBS Little Dandy with adjustable rotor. I don't use the latter measures much now that I have two Dillon SDBs for pistol reloading, one set up for large primers, one set up for small primers. The Dillon measures do just fine for any pistol powder I throw, including Unique, W231, and Titegroup. Generally within 0.1 grain or less, and that's fine by me.
