FBI 1076 Found

I recently purchased a S&W Model 1076 at the LGS for less than $500. It looked like it quite possibly was a former FBI pistol. The serial No. is TEU0328, one digit off TEU0327 which was posted earlier on this board. dmc8163 was very helpful identifying the pistol as was Mr. Jinks at S&W. Many thanks to these fine gentlemen for their assistance. Bottom line, the pistol was one of the original pistols shipped to the FBI in Quantico, VA, in 1990, was returned to S&W in 1992 and then sold used on an individual sale in 1994 and shipped back to the FBI Quantico, VA. No box or paperwork. When I purchased the pistol it came with 3 magazines. What are the chances there would be consecutively numbered former FBI pistols on this board?

Thanks guys. As you can probably tell, I'm a Colt 1911 fan, but there is something really special about the S&W 10mm pistols. The LGS had absolutely no clue what they had. I also have a very nice 1006 that I've had for many years and it's just too cool. But, I must say that the M&P series of pistols, especially the Shield in 40S&W is a tack driver.
