The judge likely was taught and believes that the 2A is not an individual right. Unlike the other amendments to the Bill of Rights. Even tho wording is explicit.
Any non-citizen here legally or illegally should be deported instantly if they break one of our laws. I am confident that the new administration will get back to enforcing this.
That has never happened because it not a real thing.
How about "convicted of breaking the law" instead? That sounds much more reasonable. However, if they commit a serious crime, don't you think WE should have the opportunity to punish them instead of simply sending them home where nothing may happen?
But what if it's a minor crime, like jay-walking or going 5mph over the speed limit? Deport them for things like that and guess what will happen to Americans abroad. I hope you never travel internationally and have to find out first-hand...
