Gradually over the last few months I have been feeling short of breath and getting fatigued easily with some discomfort but no pain. So fortunately my annual cardiologist visit was late August. I told him how I was feeling , he ordered a Cardiac Pet Scan and the results came back abnormal . I had a catherization last Friday and the Dr. decided not to place stents but wanted to discuss with other Drs. the course of action to take. It was decided it was going to be a Complex PCI ,so they arranged for a certain Dr. to do the stents. Yesterday I had another catherization and got 4 stints .......3 in my LAD [widow maker] artery and 1 in the left Circumflex. 90%,80%,80% and 70%.I feel very fortunate and blessed that this was caught when it was. I shoud've went to my cardiologist sooner ! As it's been said here on the forum before ...listen to your body. It might might just be subtle and gradual.
