The other day I went to the home center and spotted this
No dog in the fight, but how can you drive this?
Otherwise the car was a clean Grabber Blue Mustang convertible

I’m thinking someone was playing a joke on someone. I think the kids call it pranking. Too nice of a car to have piles of trash in it. Some high school kid saw a rich friends car and emptied a trash can from Mcdonalds in it.

I do see cars like that sometimes, usually in the far reaches of the local Wally World parking lot, but they have obvious personal items in them and generally are beaters.

I was at the grocery just yesterday and saw something very similar in the parking lot. A decent looking F-150 with a fiberglass cap on the bed, and the back of the truck looked like that car. Infact, the "extra cab" portion was also piled up to the roof, and the passenger side seat as well.

Only room for a driver in that truck. I didn't take any photos, but I did shake my head wondering why.......... it looked like mostly trash. There's no way the driver could see out the rear view mirror or the passenger side window. Ridiculous!

I wished I could say that was true. But I don't think so. This actually more common than you might think. Right now I have a least two like this on my job site right this minute. Neither are folks living in their cars although I have seen that, too.

Picture seeing a brand new Mercedes S-class with brand new temp (paper) license plates like this....I have!

I did a lift assist this past winter. Guy was having issues, chronic alchie. Not sure why we were called, guy weighed 150 lbs at most. Living in his Dodge Caravan, that he still drove. He ran an extension cord from the house (not sure what the relationship was, and I wasn't asking) to run a little space heater in the minivan. And it was very cold this winter, for a change Loaded with dirty clothes, half eaten food, garbage, and his life's possessions.

I don't judge. I just do my task, go back to the station, throw my gear in the washer, and then go home and take a shower.

I had a friend who had a car that looked like that - only the back seat was full of beer cans (He passed away he drank too much beer!) R I P - Ed

When my Wife worked retail and the customers got done pawing through what had been neatly folded and nicely stacked clothing, towels and whatnot. "People are pigs!"
