So after almost a 3 year wait the 10mm 1006 finally showed up with my name on it. This is the 4th one ive seen and handled. The other 3 were beaters or "shooters" you might say wearing pricetags in the 700+ range. So, why did I buy this one you say? Answer, basically new in box with paperwork and flag and a S&W holster for $675. These dont come around my parts often and when I saw it, the contents plus the price I knew it was mine. Im pretty sure its unfired but as we all know its hard to tell on these 3rd gens.the only thing that made this purchase hard was the unfired 627-0 gun of 1989 sitting on the other case for $699. I might go back for that one next week.
