Fix MP 15-22

good news...after just a week or so s&w sent my gun back w/ the new parts and i put 200+ rounds in yesterday w/ no issues. i am very happy w/ s&w's customer service and also how quickly they resolved the issue. i also got the new style of mag which probably helped. just wanted to let everyone know the repair worx so if ur having issues send it in. it wont take long to get back and u will get the new style of mag.

That's a quick turn around, glad that you got taken care of. For my information, were you just having FTE's and FTF's, or did you also get an OOB?

think he had both with no OOBs. what is also impressive is that this went through Cabela's and that ate up a few days on it's own so total time to/from S&W was minimal. i dropped mine off at Cabela's last Friday - 2/26. Cabela's sent it out on Monday. i got an email from S&W on Friday that Cabela's would have it tomorrow - 3/8 so S&W had to have turned it around in 2-3 days tops.

Thanks, that's impressive turn around time. As aggravating as problems with a new rifle are, no one can say that S&W doesn't provide great customer service.
