Fix'n to buy a used M&P 2.0 9mm

In GA we have the Ga outdoor trader. It's a great resource for buying a gun at a good deal. I don't have issue with guns that I know but the only M&P I have is the shield 2.0 9mm compact. I'm confident in finding normal wear and tear on the barrel and slide but what else should I look for? The seller is claiming like new in the box and comes with two large 17 round mags and two 15 round mags for $400. If it is in pristine condition then I'd be inclined to buy it. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Van

I purchased my new M&P 2.0 4.25" for $380 last May. However, it did not come with 4 mags, only 2. The good news is that the warranty is transferable so if any problems, sent it back.

M&P pistols are all pretty much similar in design...being that you already have one you should already know what to look for. Field strip it to see if it's been kept clean and fire some rounds thru it if you can to see how it functions.

Make sure you get the mag sleeves for 17 round mags.
