The local Lowes has Maglite 2D-cell LED lights for $14.99. That is about half price. I have several and highly recommend them. Picked up 4 more at the sale price.

Kobalt rechargeable flex LED with an additional 3 AA battery pack that also has a ring light, flasher and also a magnet as well. The LED also changes diameter.
Anyway, got one for the car and going to get another to store dead batteries in..
