Who is making these? Anybody??

Years and years ago, I got a SOG Powerlock S60. It came with a cheesy little leather case, and since I carried & used the tool every day, the case fell apart after a few years. Subsequent cases fell apart sooner.

Now I'm in the market for something better. I've been searching and searching, only to find a few old pictures on the web, and the companies no longer in business. I want it to hold the tool & a flashlight, preferably with a flap over the tool.

Hopefully LoboGunleather will see this & take an interest. :)

Here are some examples, starting with my favorite:

Roger,

I've made several dedicated carriers, including a minimal flashlight carrier I use daily that has a snap. Combinations limit your placement, and limit you to that specific combination til the end of time. With a separate unit for each you can mix/match as one pleases and if the latest and greatest comes out it is an easy swap.

One of the challenges of working with multi-tools and flashlights, especially in combination form, is having the right combination of tools to take care of the customer which equals hundreds if not thousands of possible combinations or the customer being willing to send their pieces in to be made. My best advice would be find a leatherworker whose work you like and attempt to commission them for such a project. A lot of them do all sorts of custom work never seen by most consumers.

As a caveat to your question it is funny you mention the S60. A very good local customer brought me one and said his factory carrier bit the dust at a stop sight in South Dakota. Luckily someone behind his bike took note and picked it up for him. Was really impressed with the quality of that multi-tool and got one for myself, real shame they couldn't include a nicer carrier though.

Simply Rugged has a multitool and light pouch as well, but as Eaglestroker stated, they are specific to the multitool (Leatherman Wave) and light.

On a similar hunt and seems like it will be a custom deal.

My flashlight holder;

Stupidly enough, I didn't take any pictures of the multi-tool pouches but the were molded like this lighter pouch;

My latest projects were these matching L&R knife sheaths;

And these holsters and LH Bowie sheath;
