I am looking to buy a commercial office/warehouse building for our contracting business.
Can someone tell me the the going terms? Years/Interest.20% down. And your opinion sticking your neck out in these times?
Looking at 3,500 sq ft 795K office/warehouse on one acre in a industrial park north central Florida.
When I started looking l thought that was double what it was worth. Can't find a better deal.
What say you? Any advice? Yes I have my banker looking into it a couple others and waiting on replies. Thought I would ask here.
