Just FYI for any Floridians...no FL sales tax on firearms, ammo, etc. thru the end of this year. Thanks Governor! Mississippi, Louisiana, and South Carolina have had 2A tax holidays in the past, but I don't know if they (or any other states) are doing it for 2025.

"Governor Ron DeSantis recently signed the Florida Budget for Fiscal Year 2025–2026, which includes a Second Amendment sales tax holiday from September 8 through December 31, 2025. The NRA is thankful for Governor DeSantis' strong support, along with legislative leaders who prioritized including these critical tax-saving measures for Floridians.

The tax holiday will provide sales tax relief on purchases of firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, bows, crossbows, and accessories for bows and crossbows. For a complete list of exempted items, please click here."

Pretty sure Mississippi is doing it again this year (believe it's statutory) - think it is the weekend of Aug. 29-31. If so, it certainly won't be nearly what Florida has.
