Good Morning and Happy Independence day ya'll.

My newest obsession has got to be the FNH FNS-9c. It's like a slightly more polished G26. I seriously need to rent one.

Does anyone have any experience or own one? pros and cons? What do you think about the gun?

Seems aftermarket is a little slow regarding the gun. Definitely not as abundant as the stuff from Gaston.

I had not really seen much about it until a work buddy became obsessed with it. We went to a gun shop the other day to see it. I have to admit the gun looked and felt really nice. You could tell it was a very well made handgun. The fit and finish were amazing. You are right about the accessories not being as abundant with it. As a matter of fact I was able to get sights for my Glock 26 and there were several holsters and magazines available for it but nothing there for the FNS. He is still obsessed with it but I told him he needs to be prepared to order everything online. He will probably be picking it up so time this week. I am curious to see how it shoots.

The small LGS near me ordered one for someone. It came in. The person who ordered it backed out for no good reason. Who does that? LGS asked if I was interested. I got to hold it, dry fire it, and field strip it.

The pistol is obviously well built and feels good in the hand. Trigger is average. I'll be brutally honest, for me there's nothing that makes it stand out from the crowd. I'd have no overwhelming reason to recommend a FNS-9 Compact over any other striker fired, polymer framed, double stack compact from other well known manufacturers. If out of all of the competition the FNH-9c fits you the best, go for it.
