I am not one for 'cobbled' together guns, but that one is a relatively decent looking package. The work seems to be done rather well and it was turned into a little cannon. They could have skipped the cylinder polish ring though.

If you got a good price on it, I am sure it will serve you fine. Just make sure it is mechanically sound. Heck, the antler grips and the holster is pretty nice, that is if the rig came with it.

I'm guessing it is an Industrial Hard Chrome finish. I have a similar one on a couple guns and it is near indestructible. I'd say that was a goos "smith" that built that up. Good buy. Happy Christmas!

You don't often see N-snubs with a square butt, if at all. The SB really makes this gun distinctive. Too big and heavy for me to carry, though.
