My recently acquired nickel 29, had laid in the presentation case untouched for probably 20 or more years. The underside where it contacted the presentation case are slightly fogged. What is the easiest and SAFEST way to clean this up? Thanks!

I use the Simi-chrome polish very lightly with a soft rag. Just a tad of polish at a time will bring out the brand new luster again.

Save your used Simi-chrome polish on the soft rags to polish up your blues gun. I do not use new Simi-chrome polish on blues guns.

On stainless steel to bring back the shine on these too.

To remove the body sweat marks that can happen in the hot weather when it's holstered close to your body the sc polish will clean up that tarnish too. It pays to remove the gun every night and wipe it down with a silicone gun spray. Let your holster dry out too.
It pays to have a second holster.
