AVAILABLE Top Revolver In Picture. .357 Magnum. Selling Performance Center M&P R8. Factory Milled for Moon Clips. Defensive action job performed by renowned TK Custom. DA smooth action, reliable primer strike. Only 36 ounces with Scandium frame. Most accurate hand gun I've ever owned. See on the S&W web site at $1,329, for sale at $850 firm. Comes with Simply Rugged Pancake Holster at no additional cost. Box or top Picatinny rail not available as I moved to Alaska in January. Bottom rail is permanent from the factory. I used my virtually identical TRR8 as a pic, but will update with M&P R8.
The M&P R8 has standard Picatinny rails and are integral with the shroud that fits onto the famous two-piece barrel system. The steel barrel shroud is held onto the smaller-diameter barrel with a special locking nut at the muzzle, which gives the barrel extra rigidity and well documented additional accuracy - it is remarkable in that regard.
