Ford announces new roll out Date for the Bronco

I think the reintroduction of the Bronco is a real deal but isn't a full size Bronco and not a version of the Bronco II?

I think this will be a big plus for Ford and should help their sagging stock values.

Psalm 150:6

There are supposed to be two versions: Bronco (actuall off-roader/Jeep competitor) and Bronco Sport (CUV based grocery getter). Supposed to be two and four door versions of the real thing, though real Broncos* only have two doors... Explorers have four doors:p

*Centurians were a thing unto themselves. ;)

I still regret selling my '66,

and because of that, I doubt I'll ever let my '92 go.

Hey! Thank you for the "Heads Up" about the New Ford Bronco.
I had read about the Reintroduction.

I would like just to see one. I'm not interested in buying one.
Prices for those types of things are through the roof, and not worth it.

Thanks again.

This 22 year old Classic just keeps going:

The roll out date for the new Ford Bronco has been moved
- from 9 July to 13 July.
Turns out that 9 July is O. J. Simpson’s Birthday.
You just can’t make this kind of stuff up!

Supposedly when the chase for O. J. Simpson was going on, John Elway turned himself in at the police station because he heard they were looking for a slow white Bronco.

I won't be surprised if Ford does to the Bronco what Chevy did to the Blazer.

I wish I still had my big black '79 Bronco! I only had the top off of it one time, and it was such a pain I never did it again. Later on I got a Bronco II, '87 I think it was. Just wasn't the same as Big Boy, so when the tranny went out at 90-something thousand, I fixed it and got a 4 Runner.

Now that was a darn nice little SUV, an '89 I believe. It had 236,000 when I sold it for a '94 4-Runner. Big mistake. The '89 also had a removable top, and it was a lot easier to remove. But I really miss that big Bronco.

Wonder if the top comes off the new one? Doubt I'll ever be able to afford one, but I'd sure be glad to see it.

When I was growing up my folks had a 69 bronco and I learned to drive with that old vehicle. Then I bought a 66 when I moved out and drove it for two years.
Sadly it was stolen and totaled.
Thanks to all for their pictures. They brought back a lot of fond memories

I had a 1984 Bronco II, loved that vehicle, never ever got stuck, the few times it stopped from a deep drift, etc., just give more gas. When I switched jobs & had to drive 13 miles to work, when there would be ice & strong wind on the highway, even driving 25-30 mph a strong gust would spin me like a top or off the highway. After the 2nd time I traded it for a 1999 Ford Ranger Off-Road 4x4, it was a beast in mud or snow, as well as stable on ice covered roads.

That would be great. I've owned F for years...but really just because of the dividend. It seems all my "dividend" stocks have done really bad. But since I'm not selling, it doesn't really bother me.

@ the OP, I am excited to see these on the road again.

I remember as a kid in Boy Scouts the leaders had them and we would pile in our supplies before we got the enclosed trailers.

I bought one in highschool when I was 15 thinking it would be my first vehicle...paid $75.00 for it and it ran and drove OK...it was a friend price. Like a dummy, I sold it a few weeks later for $250.00 thinking I was a genius and boy that was a lot of profit...friends Dad who I bought it from was going to scrap it anyways because it was far past in style for the time. If I recall correctly, the boys that bought it used it off road and eventually destroyed it horsing around.
