Paid too much but happy to have her, question, who can take this snubby and rebuild it and refinish it to get rid of cylinder slop and reblue it? Never had this work done before but This one I want to make new and carry for long time. Thanks for any help you can send me.

Yes you can. But, the cost of doing so may equal the price of buying a much better condition revolver.
