Finally found a Winchester Model 70 in 300 wsm, so now I need a scope to get it ready for hunting season.
Looking primarily for a Leupold VX3 3x9-40/50, the magnification is not that important as long as it's close to that, shots in Georgia rarely exceed 50-100 yards. Scope must be mint or NIB.
I might also consider a Nikon, but it would have to be NIB so hopefully I won't have to replace it in my lifetime. I'm 70 and my Nikon Monarch gave me more than 30 years service before it fogged up. Since Nikon is out of the scope business, cannot be replaced by them, they give you a credit, but sadly no scopes available.
Let's hear what you have taking up space in your safe, much appreciated!
