Frame decocker grip question

Are the grips for the 4576 and 1076 different from the grips for the other 45xx and 10xx pistols? I was wondering if they had to be cut differently for the decocking lever, preventing me from adding aftermarket wood grips should I acquire one.

yes they are.

clearance for the decocking lever.

I am not sure, but I recall someone here modifying some woods for the XX76 series.
