Am bringing a Sgl Shot back to shooting condition. The front sight has been altered, and the rear sight is all the way down and it still shoots about 5" high at 50 ft. (standard Vel. ammo only). Has an 8" barrel. Can anyone tell me the correct front sight height? At present it is .176" off the barrel rib.

Does the pin holding the sight blade in drift out (looking from rear towards front) from right to left or left to right?

Any help is appreciated.
