Front Sight Post Replacement

I have a M&P Performance Center and a Bushmaster AR. I applied a very thin strip of white vinyl tape on the front post of the M&P and it helps a lot! I would like to have recommendations for new front sight posts that work for you.
Tritium or white dot. Whatever works for the forum members.
Both rifles use the same post configurations. (The Bushmaster has YKM flip up sights that I installed many moons ago..

I use the DPMS DCM-CMP .050 post, it's available either square or round. The round post is an A1 that requires the 5 pin tool to adjust. The thinner blade helps in making tighter groups for me.
