front sight

does S+W make a lower front sight for 10mm m2,if i line up the white dot on the front sight with 2 dots on the rear sight im shooting about 11 inches low i have to use the base of the front sight to get it to shoot right

Have you let someone else shoot the thing or shot it from the bench? If it's 11 inches low I have a hard time believing it was test fired and got the okay to be sold.

Are you using "combat hold"? You line up the tops of the sights (the dots may not be inline) and put the front sight dot over the target.



Make sure you're not flinching by anticipating the recoil. Shoot from a bag or bench. If you have any, you can substitute a live round with a snap-cap somewhere in the mag (have someone else load the mag) and watch for a dip when you try to fire the snap-cap.

What load and at what distance?
