Greetings! I offer for sale another in the "just sits in my safe" series of guns for sale.
This one is a very rare piece, a 629-5 2.5" 44 magnum fixed sight revolver.
This one comes in the original box with the original paperwork, and is wearing Ahrends grips. HOWEVER, as some of you will remember, I bought this gun with some "less than professional" porting work on the barrel. I was able (through this forum) to source a replacement barrel and have it installed by Andy Horvath. He did a general check of the gun as well. I have shot a full cylinder through the new barrel to to ensure function.
This sale will include the gun with the replacement barrel, the box (and papers), the original barrel, and two holsters; a right hand Galco OWB and a right hand Lobo cross draw (to be worn on left hip). The Lobo needs a snap replaced. I will also include two speedloaders (the shiny aluminum ones).
I need $800 plus shipping for the full package.
