The guy I bought it from had the hammer changed. He is
a SWAT cop out of Ohio. He also had cocking grooves put into
the front of the slide so he could do a press check easier.
He bought the gun LNIB for a backpacking gun. Told me he
had run less than 200 rounds through it. I have not shot
200 rounds through it either.
It has some scratches from being carried. Probably could be
buffed out or sent back to S&W if you were real serious.
The factory night sights are 90% gone. You can make them
out in a dark room, but just faintly.
It's a good honest gun that shoots well. I bought it to carry.
I thought it was too heavy and went with a G29 which has
become my EDC. I'm selling to finance another gun project.
