Slightly used. Worn a few dozen times but couldn't get used to the vertical (slightly muzzle forward) cant. It's a beautifully made holster.
Right hand, rough side away from the body, smooth side next to body for your comfort. Will fit any P365 up to the XL length slide. Like the sentence above said, vertical ride, best when worn in appendix position.
