This may be the nicest Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 .22LR rifle in the Ft.Worth area. It has been heavily upgraded and shoots amazingly well. I have put 600 flawless rounds through it without any feed or ejection issues. Very fun to shoot! i built this to replicate my .223/5.56 M&P-15 exactly to use for practice because of the price of ammo.
Here is a list of what was done or added to this rifle:
First, the barrel was free-floated using a Tacticool22 aluminum barrel nut adapter and standard AR barrel nut. I added a 13" troy Alpha Rail and Troy Squid Grips. This enhanced the accuracy tremendously! Next, i replaced the factory plastic charging handel with a Tacticool22 aluminum charge handle and added a SWS aluminum charge handle latch to replicate the feel and look of a BMC Gunfighter charging handle .
Other upgrades include: Magpul ACS-L adjustable butt stock and Enhanced Buttpad. Magpul MOE Grip with storage. Magpul MBUS sights (not PTS). Magpul QD sockets on each side of the reciever for sling. Sight Mark Ultra Shot Reflex Sight. ALC Defense Quality Mil-Spec Trigger.
This package also included (10) 25 round S&W Factory magazines filled with Winchester M22 ammo (250 rounds) and a super nice canvas case as shown. Will include original box and paperwork as well.
I have around $1500 invested in this package. I will consider $800.00 for eveything or interesting trades. No AR's please. I have plenty of those. I am interested in nice older Sig handguns made in Germany and other upper end guns. Might take a nice 1911, Gun Safe, Martin guitar, Or Fender Jazz bass in trade.
