Hey friends, I've been searching the Internet with no luck for quite a few hours searching for a very specific item (if you can't tell by the title).

I'm new to the firearms world, but I do my research. A few months back I bought my first gun, a 15-22 MOE. I thoroughly enjoy it and have put over 1000 rounds through it.

I alternate between a cheapy red dot scope and rimfire 3-9x40 scope. I notice with both an issue with seeing through them. Even with a 1/2" riser as relief and cowitness for the Magpul BUIS the angle is just too much of a strain. To alleviate this, I was hoping to find a full length 1" rail riser in 16" / ~40 slots. That way I can retain a cowitness with the 1/2" scope on top while maintaining a comfortable position. Changing up the look wouldn't hurt either.

I've seen armsmounts swan sleeves and the like and those seem more complicated and expensive than what I'm looking for.

Any help from the more experienced in finding the appropriate length riser is greatly appreciated! I don't want to resort to a bunch of small ones.

that sounds like a lot of weight being added. why not just try a couple small risers?

I do the same thing with my red dot and scope on my MOE. I use a $25 NcStar Quick Disconnect mount for the red dot, which gives me lower 1/3 cowitness with the MBUS sights. And a Burris PEPR QD mount for the scope, although could be the same scope as above. This puts all the sights within about 1/4" of each other in height, and works well for me.
