Full mag or not?

I'm new here, so hello everyone. I have an SD9VE. I purchased it about 2 months ago. I have put about 250 rounds through it and I've had a few problems with failure to feed and/or failure to eject. Also thought i had sight issues. But after 250 rounds it shoots great. My problem is if i put 16 rounds in my mag it will jam. Is this also a break in issue, or will it never operate well with 16 in the mag?

Thank you
Tom

Just give them time to break in you'll be fine and welcome to the forum.

Wow! Awesome performance this time out. 350 rounds and not one hiccup. Thank you everyone for the great advice. I was going to get a Sig SP like my buddy has, but now my gun is out performing his Sig. Of course his Sig also performs well when I shoot it. So maybe I'm just getting to be a better shooter than him lol. The SD9VE is a great gun in my limited knowledge opinion.

I always load my mags with 15 rounds...because that is 3 complete rows of 5 out of the box of ammo. If I load 16, it leaves a row of 4, with one empty spot. That bugs me.

I do exactly the same thing. The lack of symmetry irritates the heck outta me. Of course, you know we need help. Right?

Moondawg, I like what you have to say, but that blue font color has to go...I can't see or read it that way...no offense intended, just thought I'd let you know.
