Full size M&P 40; unissued

Buds has these and are basically new with night sights and 3 mags for $399. I was gonna spring for one of the police model 10 revolvers, but this deal seems too good to pass up. Sheesh, maybe I get both and tick the wife off again.

Just be careful. I ordered this exact "model" thinking it was actually unissued. I just picked it up tonight. The sights had a bunch of junk, looks like dust and grime, on the back, the bottom of the magazine-same deal. They also had a little wear on the front sight, but on the the backside, not near the muzzle.

That being said, it came with 3 mags, all back straps, case, as well as the spent shell. Mine was dated 6-14-14, so I'm confused as to the condition of it. After I cleaned up the grime, it looks great, but the sights are almost dead. Would I recommend it? Probably, just would like to caution you.

Also, if anyone cares, it's my first M&P so I don't know any different know, but MY gun doesn't have a safety or magazine disconnect, which I know some people are crazy one way or the other. Hope this helps!

The gun itself looks to be in excellent shape. When I broke it down tonight, the slide slid off no problem, actually slid OFF (had barrel pointed down) and the internals look good. Mags don't need to be pretty, and I could always replace the sights. Just kinda PO'ed to see it wasn't "unissued" as I define it.

They very well may be used sights, maybe the mags might be too? Not sure if it would've been worth the hassle to reject based on the sights, to be honest. The gun itself looks to be in excellent shape. When I broke it down tonight, the slide slid off no problem, actually slid OFF (had barrel pointed down) and the internals look good. Mags don't need to be pretty, and I could always replace the sights. Just kinda PO'ed to see it wasn't "unissued" as I define it.

From all the reviews I have looked at about Bud's that are posted on other websites, Bud's is not always accurate with some of the wording they use. But $399 does sound like a good price.

CDNN has pre-owned "very good condition" M&P FS .40's for $299.00 with a few extras. I bought one of these from them about a year ago that was listed as excellent condition and it arrived looking like new. Functioning flawlessly for about 500 rd's so far.

Nice find though! I probably would've snagged this one had I seen it first!

It's a close call. I paid about $80.00 more for 3 mags from Quantico Tactical, so it's not really much of a difference. Plus, I may have just got lucky with my pick from the lot of them.

In any case, it's a great shooter and I'm sure you're going to be very happy with it. Good luck and be safe!
