Hello - I was in Walmart this morning 1/5 to buy some cosmetics and decided to stop by the gun section. To my astonishment they had a good selection of 9mm Luger. There were at least 4 different brands, including Federal bulk red box ($25/100rds), TulAmmo BrassMax ($23/100 rds), some steel case ($10/50rds), and I think Remington. They also had 50 rd boxes of the same brands. I talked to the clerk. She said it was still spotty, but when they do get ammo they seem to be getting a lot more. I was amazed they had 9mm ammo at 10:30am on Sunday.

I would advise staying away from the Tulammo if you have other choices. I had some ejection trouble while shooting it. I have not confirmed that my issues were caused by the ammo, but thats my gut feeling.

BTW the Tulammo brassmaxx in 100 round cans is made in a different country than the 50 round boxes.

Last time my favorite ww got 9mm they had over 30 100pks, between Winchester and Federal. They also had 3 UMC 250 pks. All gone the next day. I did get my 3 100pks of Fed.

Last time out we shot over 500 rounds of Tula in the S&W MOE with slide fire stock. Not one issue in semi or bump mode and was it a fun way to shoot it.

We were at the Wally World around here today. They are getting in quite a bit of ammo and seems to be a lot of import there also. But no .22. Plenty of firearms also.

I had the same issue with my 1911s. The round would fail to extract and the slide would lock closed. This occurred on both my 1911s. I had purchased a 100 rnd can. Didn't finish one magazine between the 2 1911s. I did finish the can off with my 9mm M&P without any problems. Regardless, I will avoid TulAmmo whenever possible.
