Gentlemen,

Forgive me if this has been posted. I have no affiliation with this store. This gentleman is selling his collection (dating from 1970-1985). He has a variety of brands besides S&W, but he has a number of desirable S&W handguns from that era in including consecutive numbered ones. I got this from the guys over on the Colt forum. I have reserved a 19-3 for myself. Yes, prices are high, but these firearms have been kept in a climate controlled atmosphere according to the owner and are untouched since arrival. He is in his seventies now and is selling them off. I have not, as yet, purchased from the man but do have a 19-3 on hold.

I can see the prices.

They ain't cheap. Listed $675 for a Model 15-3 and $875 for a 4" 19-3 are two examples.
