Geiselle SSA Trigger in M&P 15-22?

I wouldn't think there would be any prob. With it.. but I've never installed 1 of those in a 15-22... it says it uses a standard hammer spring ... so I'm guessing it would work fine... sorry I can't be more help

Should work fine. But like any aftermarket trigger in any AR-15, some fitting may be required. Usually it's the safety lug/selector switch interface that needs fitting if anything.

And that's completely normal all ars not just the 15-22

Just some food for thought, I had a JP Enterprise spring kit installed in my 15-22 and am very pleased with how it turned out. Lighter pull, completely removed that slight notch feel just before the break. And best part, it cost me $15 installed at my local gun shop.

I did the same thing and now its much smoother.

How come aftermarket triggers don't always fit? Do ar15 lowers differ in design?

They very well could have slight differences. That would be a guess on my part being that I am not a gunsmith.

No, they are all pretty much the same design. However tolerances can very between lowers, triggers, and safety selectors. Also, trigger manufacturers will cut the safety lug on the trigger slightly oversized (on non adjustable triggers) so that the trigger can be tuned to the rifle. That way they can be sure that the trigger will work in any AR platform rifle. You can easily stone a little material off the safety lug, but it's a real PITA to add material.

Mines with Bill getting a 4lb job...
I the meantime I managed to modify a set of KNS pins to work with the lower.
Not that it needs them or anything. :D
