Generator Question

One time my large generator with the Honda engine would not start. Think it sat for 2 years without running. The brake cleaner or carb. cleaner in spray cans at Wally World works to clean carb. Remove fuel line from tank, spray cleaner in line. Remove bowl and spray insides, reassemble and starts right up.

I think I've bought non ethanol gas once . I use Sta-Bil when I think about it and sometimes SeaFoam . Mainly , I just crank all of my equipment at least every other week and let it run for a few minutes . Nothing sits up . The hysteria over E-10 is amusing .
And all of my gas cans are plastic .

Haven't noticed any hysteria unless I compare to comatose.
All I know is I haven't had to swap fuel lines, primer bulbs or rebuilt a carb in any of my 2 or 4 stroke small engines in 10 years.

You spelled truth wrong!

FWIW many people on here are gear heads or otherwise have a good understanding of things mechanical. I joined the dirty hands crew in the late 1950s.
