I believe there was a couple Factory Bobbed hammers for LEO in K frame.
There is also a L frame 44 special that looks like a Bodyguard on steroids (with the concealed hammer)

Never say never (prototypes, etc.), but there has been no K frame Centennial-style revolver available for sale. In addition to the .44 Special VM mentioned, the 296, there is an L frame 7-shot, the 242.

As it's been said, I think some police departments (like NYC's) issued double-action only versions of the model 10 or the model 64.
