Giving up your rights for a JOB?

What they are asking you to do is illegal. Sign it and take the job. If you ever need to sue them, highly doubtful, you can as this is a violation of the constitution. It is laughable. They can be charged with denying you your constitutional rights.

I'd like to hear what one of our resident lawyers has to say, but I don't think they could hold you to it either. I'd sign it and forget it. It's not as if they're trying to say you're not allowed to have a disputed.

This... a document like this where you sign away your legal rights to something is illegal. At least in my state.

Just sign it, it's unenforcable

so what are they going to do if you don't follow through with that when you sue them? fire you?

ps. I gave up all sorts of rights for my last job. I had to pee in a cup and get breathalyzered on demand, plus got sent into Canada so I was very limited with what I could have with me. I had to put up with all sorts of security checks and all sorts of other garbage too.

You have to put up with **** to get ahead in this world.
