Gloat?! Model 032

Besides what I can see in the 4th Ed (pg 240), what do y'all know about the Model 032 Airweight? I just won it in an auction. As can be seen, it's the polished version. It has no 632 stamps. 180 produced per SCSW.

So the book mentions there was some evidence of some of them being parts guns, in some cases. It makes it sound that those guns had a 632 yoke stamp, but this one doesn't have that. But yes, it's 2 tone. I'm going to get a letter to see if it gives more info.

FWIW, it looks like the “0” is stamped over a “6” to me.

Like the 632 Airweight, the barrel and cylinder are steel and the frame is alloy, giving it a two-tone appearance.

This finish is very distinct on coloring. The gun was offered in both black and blue, and this one is definitely black and blue combined, akin to a pinto.
