Glocks

I only had one Glock. A model 22 .40 caliber. Gave it to a grand-daughter
who liked it a couple of years ago. Now its all revolvers, except one Colts
Gold Cup National Match. Revolvers are mostly S&W, a few Colts, and one
Charter.

I don’t care. If I had to, I could make due with any of them. There are two, a m30S and a m33 that I owned and used. Like every Glock they were satisfactory. I gave the 30S to my younger daughter. The 33 was a backup that I’ve bypassed. I have a M34 lent out to one of my granddaughters but I expect it to return at some point.

None of them are as good as my SIG P229 .357 SIG DAK.

Regards, Porkie

Owned 3 back in the 90s.... a 19 and tried two 26s a few years apart......never warmed to them......
If I had to carry one ... I guess I go with a 19..... which Gen ?????..... I don't really know the differences.

SHTF as someone said I'd "pick up" a 19....... or whatever had the most ammo with it!!!! :D

Just one? 34 Gen 3.

Picked up this Gen 3 G19 from a seller unloading a bunch of handguns for reasonable.
Came with a Zev threaded match barrel, Zev trigger, upgraded sights and mag release, slightly relieved magwell, it is highly accurate and dependable.
From among my modest collection, this is the handgun I would prefer to be armed with if things got serious.

Also been hearing good things about the G45, looking forward to handling one.

My vote would go the Model 19 Gen. 2. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Absolutely reliable and nearly indestructible. Ideal gun that you really wouldn't mind losing if it ever came to that... It's not glamorous, just an effective tool.

While I’m quite pleased with my G19 and G29 if I were limited to just one it would be my G35. Mine is currently set up in 9x19 with a Lone Wolf 40-9 conversion barrel and serves as one of my house guns and range pinker. Could have just gone with the G34 but the ability to easily convert between the two calibers just seemed like a valuable option.
