Gold box question

Hello all. Would anybody know if there were gold boxes made that did NOT have the guns information on the inside of the lid? The standard catalog is not specific about information on the inside of the lid as it just talks about on top and the sides of the lid. Every box I have or have seen online seems to have the information on the inside of the lid. I’m looking at a box that does not have the information and the seller claims that there were some that did not come with the information on the inside of the lid. Thanks
