I was at Cabella's a couple of weeks age because they had a great deal on a gun case I have been looking at. Well when I got it home I realized it was missing a few screws so I decided to take it back.
The Gal that assisted me said no problem, go grab a different one. One the way I noticed they had 22LR's. Wow! (limit of one box) so I grabbed my one aloted box and headed back up to the counter.
The CSR then called back to the gun counter to have the come and get the bad case. He looked it over and apologized several time and asked if there was anything else he could do for me.
I said no and mentioned that I was happy to get a box of 22's. He said "would you like more?" Sure! He explained that the store rule of one box still applied and went into the back room. He returned with a ammo can of 2100 rounds for $110.
Now there is some customer service for ya.
