I know we see a lot of complaints about S&W's customer service so I thought I'd pass this one on today. I called CS today to get a replacement part and stayed on hold for about 16 minutes. Agent asked what I needed, checked on the part's availability, and said it would be here in 7 to 10 days, free of charge. That was it, badda bing, badda boom. Can't ask for much better than that.
