Paddle Holsters

I'm a long time fan of Fobus paddle-style holsters. I have one that was included with a used G48, and I've found that if I put it over on my left side ( crossdraw), I barely notice it when sitting in the driver seat ( on my normal right hip, pressure on the butt-end from the seat makes it very noticeable and uncomfortable ).
Also, since I've always been very leery of a loaded/chambered Glock ( no lectures, please) , I pretty much leave the pistol in its holster, which I can easily and safely put on, or remove, as needed.
Them being relatively economical is a bonus. Win-win, IMO.

I recently bot a Bianci paddle holsterat the Reno gunshow. It is for a 2 inch K frame revolver. I put my M64 in it and a perfect fit. Finally had to remove my pants to get the holster over belt and pants. Once on, a great fit for concealment. Too much of a haasel to get it on. So obviously, I'm not a fan.

Do you use a method for keep the Fobus from scratches the weapon ?

I've been quite pleased with Safariland paddles; after years of carrying heavy .45 & 10mm semi autos, this old thing still restricts any movement of the pistol within the holster, stay in the location in which it was placed, holds it tightly to the body and is comfortable enough for miles of walking, climbing and working all day.
