I just read the good sheriff Joe down in phoenix is going to give SOME of the inmates some popcorn to watch the game today.

But ole Joe being the nice guy he is.....No butter and no salt for the popcorn.

Instead of no salt--he should pour a cup full over each batch to replace all the salt they sweat out living in tent city..

I would say that was pretty nice of Joe to give some of the inmates a taste of pop corn. Hope he pops it first.

74% of the inmates in that old blowhard's jail are un-convicted, awaiting court action. Legally not guilty (yet) of any crime. Not everyone thinks he's some kind of wild west hero. That's all I'll say in the interest of forum rules.

I much prefer professionals who quietly, efficiently and effectively get the job done, rather than loudmouthed self-promoters who are always playing to the grandstand.

Being colorful is no substitute for professionalism.
