I was treated very well by the Drury Inn in Flagstaff, AZ yesterday and just wanted to share my experience. I appreciate businesses that demonstrate excellent customer service. The bottom line is they comped my entire bill because their hot water went out and I took a luke-warm shower. I told them that they really did not need to do that, but they did it anyway. Cudos to Drury!
