Governor date of manufacture

I acquired a Governor and would like to know when it was either manufactured or shipped. Ser#CTE0889

The SCSW 4th doesn't list CTE, or anything close. CTA appears in 2003, but the Governor wasn't introduced until 2011. CTP is the next prefix, appearing in 2012. My educated guess is that it's an early one, 2011 or so. If you have the box, the label will be more revealing. Others may get closer, but that's all I got . . .
