I just got back from the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg. Just about every maker and provider of outdoor merchandise and services was there. It was here for just over a week and I think you would have needed the entire week to see everything. I don't know where it goes next, but look out for it where you live.

Damn, I live in PA since 1990and I did. To k law there was such a thing. I am just a 90 minute drive from Harrisburg, and I surely would have attended. I have to beef up my intelligence gathering.

I have attended the Harrisburg sportsman show for years, and its a good one. Lots of outfitters and outdoor gear manufacturers of all types, not really a "gun show", per say. Been around for years, used to be known as The Sportsman Show, until a few years back when an anti gun Mayor banned any firearms at the show. The show didn't happen that year, Harrisburg PA lost millions in show related revenue, and a new mayor was elected. Show back on, with a new name, guns and all.

Heads up for any PA guys interested - The Bloomsburg gun show is coming up the weekend of Feb. 17-18. Its a pretty decent one, with a good mix of old and new, and not to much buffalo jerky for sale, though last year one guy did have homemade peach and strawberry "wine" for sale in glass mason jars. Don't know I'd call it wine, as it would work well as a fire starter, and had quite the punch....:)

The Farm Show and the Great American Outdoor Show we're the 1st events I've gone to at the Farm Show Complex. You can get lost walking around in there. Lots of cool things to see. And the food!!! So much to eat.
