Had the firing pin break on my Bodyguard 380. Sent email to S & W, and a prepaid shipping label was sent back to me via email. Pistol was sent in, repaired, & return in 7 business days. S &W also replaced the slide stop lever and the safety (which had badly worn finish.) I think the safety works easier too!
