While cleaning my M&P 40 pro last Thursday night I noticed that the fiber optic had fallen out of my front sight. Friday morning I called S&W to order a new front sight. The gentleman who helped me asked me 2 questions, would I like to send the pistol in and my address. I arrived home this evening to find the sight in the mailbox free of charge. Thank you S&W you have earned my business.
