Welcome from another resident of NVA and congrats on your new purchase. I have a 360 M&P and keep it loaded with .38 +P jacketed ammo. The lead stuff, .38 as well as .357, tends to "pull" (the last round in will pull past the crimp tying up the gun). I suggest testing your carry ammo by shooting four rounds and checking the fifth to make sure it is still in the crimp, and has not pulled. While I've read a lot about this I have not experienced it, but caution is warranted when carrying the titanium S&W wheel guns. That said this is a great carry piece, but I practice with it often since it shoots differently (e.g. more difficult to keep at point of aim) than my aluminum/Airweight J frames. Best, Old Cop
