Yes, likely I frame.
Welcome to the Forum. I think those are after-market stocks for a 32 Double Action or Ladysmith. The I frame stocks I have measure 1" at the base and 2 1/2" length. Yours show 7/8" wide and 2 3/8" in length as I can determine. The 32 DA and 22 Ladysmith have slightly smaller stocks. They are not factory stocks, since all orignals had a gold medallions. (corrected - see Post #5)

The flat top style would put them in the early 1900s. They look nice. And, they might fit a .32 DA break top.
You are absolutely right Guy. I had to go back and check and here are the results of my inspection. The 32 DA and 22 Ladysmith are the same. The I frame 32 HE is larger, and the 32 Safety is larger still.

Your grips look exactly like these on my .38S&W topbreak. I haven't measured them however.

32 DA revolvers are a good buy, and great fun to take to the range. Keep checking the other auction sites and you should be able to pick up a. Nice shooter for $200.
